Recruitment for International Missions and Freelancer Recruitment

In some countries there are special international employment programs for young professionals and or trainees that allow companies to reduce their hiring costs.

What are the fees of recruitment agencies ?

Conventional recruiting agencies invoice fees that represent 16% to 30 % of the annual gross salary of the hired candidate.  

Example : for a candidate that signs a contract at 40 000 EUR gross per year, the fee for the classical recruiter will be between 6400 EUR and 12 000 EUR.
