Better site performance with attractive SEO search terms

The right keywords for SEO are one of the major elements that bring traffic to your website.

How to use keywords for SEO ?

A professional keyword list informs about important SEO parameters, in particular :

• The average monthly search volume of a certain term
• the Keyword Difficulty (KD),
• the Cost per click price (CPC) in USD or EUR (applies for Google Ads)
• the competitive density (Com)

There are some general rules for a smart and efficient use of the list.

If the Keyword Difficulty (KD) is more than 80 it is hard to rank with these words – because of the concurrence.

Very attractive keywords are those with a high search volume and a KD of maximum 60.

Words with a rather low search volume do in general have a lower KD and are therefore interesting too.

Often, they are so-called « long tail keywords »  – expressions with more than 3 words, or short phrases.

Keywords that consist of only one or two words are known as « short tail keywords «. Most often they have a high search volume.

Once you have identified the most attractive keywords, you can either integrate them into your existing site content, or create new site content with them.

In total, there are about 269 000 searches concerning the singer (in march 2026).

As Michael Jackson was a global superstar, it’s not easy to get a good Google Rank with new content about him.

Even terms with a very low search volume (only 50 to 600 searches per month) have a red flag Keyword Density of 100.

Nevertheless, ranking for « Michael Jackson » is possible – if you get the right keywords.

Maybe your business name is not yet a big brand itself as is the name of the pop artist.

Presumably you strive for ranking for terms such as « divorce attorney in Kansas » or « national freightforwarder » etc.

Regardless the concrete terms : you have to make a sound keyword analysis, in your sector and with regard to the concurrence.
